Here is the breakdown of our flat rate cleaning service

Services

Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Dining Rooms, Offices, etc.

  • Dust furniture on all accessible sides
  • Clean any cobwebs
  • Sweep or vacuum floors and mats
  • Damp mop all hardwood floors once they are vacuumed

Kitchens

  • Clean kitchen sinks, counter tops and outside of the appliances
  • Clean the inside of the microwave oven
  • Dust furniture on all accessible sides
  • Clean any cobwebs
  • Sweep or vacuum floors and mats
  • Clean and disinfect all counter tops
  • Wash down fronts of all cupboards 
  • Wipe clean all small appliances that are on counters
  • Wash the floors

Bathrooms

  • Clean bathroom mirrors, sinks and counter-tops
  • Clean the bathtub and shower
  • Scrub and disinfect the toilet bowl
  • Wipe down semi-gloss surfaces
  • Mop tiles
  • Wash all surfaces (walls) around the toilet area including floor behind.
  • Wipe down fronts of cabinets, light fixtures on wall and door handles
  • Polish all water faucets.
